BIASH LOGISTICS LTD, company number 14808191, registered office 79 Church Road, Northfield, Birmingham, England, B31 2LB.

1. Agreement

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.

2. Website use

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with security, scrape content in bulk without permission, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect abuse or legal risk.

3. Information on the site

Descriptions, images, and availability are provided in good faith. Vehicle and product details may be updated; where a material error affects price or specification, we will offer correction or cancellation before delivery at no cost to you.

4. Orders and contract

An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send written confirmation (email or message) or when we dispatch goods or confirm a reservation according to the product type. We may decline orders (for example stock errors, fraud checks, or export restrictions).

5. Price and payment

Prices are as shown at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment may be taken by debit or credit card through Stripe or other processors we nominate. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total including applicable taxes and agreed delivery charges. Card processing is subject to Stripe’s terms and your card issuer’s rules.

6. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have statutory rights including those described in our Refund & Return Policy (including cancellation and faulty goods). Nothing in these terms reduces those rights.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where a statutory regime provides otherwise.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; consumers may also use mandatory protections in their country of residence where applicable.
