1. Processing days

“Working day” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays in England. We do not guarantee same-day dispatch from payment authorisation unless we confirm it in writing for your order.

2. Order cut-off

For goods held in UK stock, orders paid and cleared by 14:00 UK time on a working day are normally dispatched on that day or the next working day. Orders after cut-off, or on weekends/bank holidays, roll to the next working day. High-value or compliance checks (identity, anti-fraud) may add up to one extra working day.

3. Great Britain — parcel / parts / documentation

  • Standard: after dispatch, typically 2–4 working days via tracked courier.
  • Express (where offered): after dispatch, typically 1–2 working days .

Remote postcodes (e.g. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland where road/sea legs apply) may add 1–2 working days beyond the bands above.

4. Vehicle movement / handover

Where the product is a vehicle or requires driven/transported delivery, we agree a window after preparation and documentation. Typical UK mainland handover from confirmed readiness: 3–10 working days , depending on carrier booking and distance. You will receive a single point of contact or tracking reference where available.

5. International (non-UK)

Export orders require customs clearance; timelines are indicative only:

  • EU (road groupage): typically 5–12 working days from dispatch from our UK hub, subject to customs.
  • Rest of world (air/sea as quoted): typically 7–21 working days from dispatch unless we provide a written estimate for your lane.

Import duties, taxes, and broker fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise on your invoice.

6. Delays

Weather, carrier industrial action, customs holds, or force majeure may delay delivery. We will notify you of material delays where we have information. This policy does not limit your statutory or contractual cancellation rights — see our Refund & Return Policy.
